How Terms and Policies Work

Terms and policies is where you write and publish your own policies, such as Terms of Service, a refund policy, or a privacy policy. Once you publish a policy, customers can see it on your checkout page and on the receipt emails they get after paying.

Adding a policy

1. Go to Settings > Store & checkout > Terms and policies
2. Tap Add terms or policy
3. Enter a title for your policy
4. Write or paste your policy content
5. Tap Preview to see how it looks to customers
6. Tap Publish to make your policy live

To save your policy as a draft instead:

1. Tap the back arrow
2. Tap Save as draft
