How does Nomod work?
Nomod makes it beautifully easy to accept card payments on your phone, anytime, anywhere. Nomod acts as your commercial agent to sell good and services on your behalf, collect payment, and make payouts to you. In industry parlance, Nomod acts as a merchant of record
How does Nomod's pricing work?
We operate a cost plus pricing model. We charge 0.50% + $0.30 / 20p / €0.25 / AED 1 + Network Cost for USD, GBP, EUR, and AED. For all other currencies we apply a 1% FX fee. We're working hard to add local processing for more currencies to drive our pricing down!
Do you charge any other fees?
Nope. We don't charge setup fees, don't believe in minimums or monthly charges, don't ask you to commit to a contract, or basically extra fuss!
How do payouts work?
We make payouts to your bank account anywhere in the world, a few days after a transaction has taken place. For example, if you've processed a payment on a Monday, this will be available to be paid on out Wednesday, and should hit your account on Thursday. We apply a minimum payout threshold of USD 100 or equivalent to ensure that payouts aren't cannibalised by bank fees.

Where is Nomod available?
Nomod is available all over the world, pretty much anywhere where you can access an internet connection!
How do refunds work?
It takes a few seconds and a couple of taps to process a refund. Refunds can take place for up to six months from the Charge date!
Does Nomod do hardware?
Nope we don't, nor do we believe in hardware. We think that clunky custom hardware is on the way out and will be replaced by beautiful easy to use software, hence Nomod!
