Holidays and Payouts
Payouts can be delayed if there are national holidays in the countries where our banking partners are located.
As the specific dates of certain holidays may be announced at short notice, we'll do our best to inform you of any expected delays via email or your app Inbox.

A list of primary holidays in each of our markets is outlined below. As these dates may be subject to change, for the most accurate information please visit the official sites linked below:
- New Year’s Day: 1 January
- Martin Luther King’s Birthday: 3rd Monday in January
- Washington’s Birthday: 3rd Monday in February
- Memorial Day: last Monday in May
- Juneteenth National Independence Day: 19 June
- Independence Day: 4 July
- Labor Day: 1st Monday in September
- Columbus Day: 2nd Monday in October
- Veterans’ Day: 11 November
- Thanksgiving Day: 4th Thursday in November
- Christmas Day: 25 December
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the Friday immediately before is the legal holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is the legal holiday.

- Early May bank holiday: Typically first Monday of May
- Spring bank holiday: Typically last Monday of May
- Summer bank holiday: Last Monday of August
- Christmas Day: 25 December**
- Boxing Day: 26 December**
*Easter holidays are determined according to the Spring Equinox.
**If on a weekend, the public holiday moves to the immediately following non-holiday workday.
Our payouts are processed in England, and therefore Scotland & Northern Ireland holidays do not affect our schedule.
