Managing your Membership

Upgrade your Membership

If you need more payout flexibility, you can upgrade at any time. Here's how:

  • Go to Membership on the app
  • Tap Manage, then select Change Plan
  • Choose the new plan you want to upgrade to (Silver or Gold) and tap on Continue
  • Select your billing frequency:
    • Monthly: Billed each month
    • Yearly: Pay the full year upfront and save on total cost
  • Tap Upgrade to, and you will automatically be upgraded to the plan you selected.

Downgrade your Membership

You can also switch to a lower plan. Just make sure you take note of when the downgrade takes effect:

  • Go to Membership on the app
  • Tap Manage, then select Change Plan
  • Choose the new plan you want to downgrade to (Purple or Silver) and tap on Continue
  • Select your billing frequency:
    • Monthly: Billed each month
    • Yearly: Pay the full year upfront and save on total cost
  • Now tap Downgrade and confirm your action.

Cancel your Membership

Here is how to cancel any membership plan:

  • Go to Membership on the app
  • Tap Manage, then select Cancel Membership
  • Confirm your cancellation and share your reason
  • Tap Cancel to complete.

Renew your Membership

  • Your membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
  • To stop renewal, you can cancel your membership anytime in the app.

Billing frequency

Our Membership offers flexible billing options for each plan. You can pay the full year upfront and save on total cost with yearly billing.

Change your billing frequency

To switch your billing frequency between Monthly and Yearly, go to Membership on the app and tap Manage.

If your active billing is Yearly

  • Select Switch to monthly
  • Tap on "Downgrade" and confirm your action

If your active billing is Monthly

  • Select Switch to yearly
  • Tap on "Upgrade" and confirm your action

Your billing will now be set as Yearly.
