Your Membership trial gives you 14 days of free access to Membership benefits. There are two ways to get a trial: you can be automatically enrolled to Membership on the Purple plan, or you can join any Membership plans yourself if you're eligible.

Auto-enrolled trial

If you're automatically enrolled in a trial, you start on the Purple plan. You don't need to do anything to activate it.

During your trial, you'll get:

One same-day payout per day, processed by 6:00 PM Dubai time
Payouts up to AED 5,000 per day, Monday to Friday
Customised Links, Invoices, and Store
Verified checkmark on your business
Early access to new features

Payouts are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Charges received over the weekend pay out the following Monday, as long as your trial is still active.

Self-enrolled trial

If you're eligible for a trial, you'll receive a notification. From there, you can choose any Membership plan and enjoy its full benefits for 14 days.

Here's what you'll get based on the plan you choose:

Silver	Twice daily: 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM	AED 250,000

All plans include customised Links, Invoices, and Store, a verified checkmark, and early access to new features.

Payouts are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Charges received over the weekend pay out the following Monday, as long as your trial is still active.

To start your trial:

Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Membership
Select the plan you want: Purple, Silver, or Gold
Tap Try for free for 14 days
Select the billing frequency for when your trial ends: Monthly or Yearly
Tap Join

During your trial, you can change your plan or adjust your billing frequency at any time. See Upgrade your Membership, Downgrade your Membership, and Change your billing frequency.

Joining a paid plan during your trial

You can join any Membership plan while your trial is still active. Your paid plan will only start after your trial ends, on day 15.

To join a plan during your trial:

Go to Membership on the app
Choose a plan: Purple, Silver, or Gold
Select your billing frequency: Monthly or Yearly
Tap Join

Membership billing is deducted from your account balance and you won't be charged until your trial ends.

Cancel your trial

To cancel your trial at any time:

Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Membership
Tap Manage on your current plan
Select Cancel trial

When your trial ends

What happens at the end of your trial depends on how you enrolled.

Auto-enrolled trial

When the 14 days are up, your Membership is paused. If you joined a paid plan during your trial, your paid subscription starts immediately. If you didn't, any customisations you set during your trial will revert to the default settings you had before.

Self-enrolled trial

When the 14 days are up, your paid Membership starts automatically on the plan you chose when you enrolled.
