Filling in the delivery details

When placing an order, your delivery details are automatically filled with your setup information. You can update the information here if you want the order delivered to someone else on your team.

Cancelling an order

  1. Go to Settings and tap on your business name
  2. Select Supplies Hub
  3. Tap on the order you want to cancel under your Recent orders
  4. Tap Cancel Order

Only orders in the Pending state can be cancelled. Orders in the Processing state are already being prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
