You can order a Terminal from Supplies Hub in the Nomod App or Dashboard. Terminal is a paid item, so review the price and payment options shown for your account before you confirm.

Before you order

Terminals are delivered within the UAE. If Terminal isn't available in your Supplies Hub, email [email protected] and we'll check your account.

Terminal pricing

The price of your Terminal depends on your Nomod plan. See Standard Plans for Terminal prices and transaction rates for each plan.

The Terminal price shown in Supplies Hub excludes VAT. Before you pay, your order summary shows the subtotal, VAT, delivery fee and total.

Placing an order

Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Supplies Hub
Select Terminal and choose a quantity
Tap Add to order
Check your items and delivery details
Tap Continue
Choose how you'd like to pay:
- Account balance (if your balance covers the total)
- Card or other methods
Review the total and tap Pay

You can also tap Place an order in Supplies Hub to order a Terminal alongside free signage.

Finishing an unpaid order

If you leave your order before making payment, you can pick up where you left off.

Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Supplies Hub
Under Order history, tap the order with the Awaiting payment status
Tap Pay now, select your preferred payment method and complete your payment

Tracking an order

Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Supplies Hub
Under Order history, tap your order to see its status
