Terminal

Ordering a terminal

You can order a terminal from Supplies Hub in the Nomod App or Dashboard. Terminals are paid items, so review the price and payment options shown for your account before you confirm.

Before you order

We deliver terminals within the UAE. If terminals aren't available in your Supplies Hub, email [email protected] and we'll check your account.

Terminal pricing

If you're on an older price plan, you'll be asked to pick a new one before you order. The price of each terminal depends on your price plan. See Standard Plans for terminal prices and Terminal transaction rates for each plan.

The terminal price shown in Supplies Hub excludes VAT. If you're on an older price plan, the price shows as "From AED 1,299.00". The final price depends on the new plan you pick.

Your order summary shows the subtotal, VAT, delivery and total. Delivery is free.

Placing an order

  1. Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Supplies Hub
  2. Select Terminal Duo and choose a quantity
  3. Tap Add to order
  4. If you're on an older price plan, pick one of the new plans and switch to it. Your account moves to the new plan straight away, even if you don't finish your order
  5. Check your items and delivery details
  6. Tap Continue
  7. Choose how you'd like to pay:
    • Account balance (if your balance covers the total)
    • Card or other methods
  8. Review the total and tap Pay

You can also tap Place an order in Supplies Hub to order a terminal alongside free signage.

Finishing an unpaid order

If you leave your order before making payment, you can pick up where you left off.

  1. Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Supplies Hub
  2. Under Recent orders, tap the order with the Awaiting payment status
  3. Tap Pay now, select your preferred payment method and complete your payment

Tracking an order

  1. Go to Settings > Tools & customisations > Supplies Hub
  2. Under Recent orders, tap your order to see its status. Delivered and cancelled orders move to Order history
