Account Setup

1. Email verification: You'll receive a secure code to confirm your email address. If you signed up with UAE PASS, this step is skipped and your verified email address is taken from your UAE PASS details.
2. ID verification: Scan your Emirates ID and record a quick selfie video.

Here are a few things you might find helpful in this step:

• Place your Emirates ID on a flat surface.
• Make sure there's no glare or reflections during scanning
• Hold your phone steady while taking the selfie
• Use good lighting (natural light works best!)
• Ensure you're alone in the frame
• Wipe your front and back cameras to improve image quality

1. Upload your trade license if you are setting up as a Business
   • If your trade license does not include shareholder details, you will be asked to upload a shareholder document. It must clearly list all shareholders and their ownership. A Memorandum of Association (MOA) or shareholder certificate works.
2. Upload your freelance permit if you're setting up as an Individual and you have one.
3. Upload any of the following documents to confirm your trading address:

• A utility bill (Etisalat, du, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Empower, or FEWA)
• A recent bank statement
• A registered tenancy contract in your name, like Ejari (Dubai), Tawtheeq (Abu Dhabi/Sharjah), or Tasdeeq (Ajman)

Here are a few tips to note when uploading your documents:

• Use a recent utility bill (from the last 3 months) that's easy to read. A PDF is best.
• Make sure your name and address are clearly visible on your documents.

1. Select the industry that your business operates in
2. Fill out the following details:

• Your business name exactly as it appears on your trade license
• Your trading name, if your customers know you by a different name
• Your Tax Registration Number (TRN)
• Your business address
• Your Trading Address, if you operate your business somewhere other than your business address

3. Answer a few short questions about your customers, products, and services

This is the bank account where your payouts will be sent. Enter the following:

1. Account holder's name
2. IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
3. Select the account type (Business or Individual)

If your business has shareholders who own more than 25%, each of them needs to verify their identity. We'll pull your shareholders from your trade license, or from the Memorandum of Association or shareholder certificate you uploaded.

1. Add an email address for each shareholder
2. Track each shareholder's status in the app and send a reminder any time

We'll send each shareholder a secure verification link automatically, or you can share it with them yourself from the app. Each shareholder then completes a quick identity check: UAE residents verify with their Emirates ID, non-residents verify with their passport.

Some cases are handled by our team directly, like when another company owns your business, or when we can't confirm a shareholder's residency. We'll be in touch if we need anything.

1. Tell us where we can find your business online, like your website, Instagram, or Google Business Profile.

2. Confirm your business activity with pictures or documents that show the type of products or services you sell, like:

• Customer invoice
• Proof of delivery (If you sell products)
• Proof of service delivery (For services)
• A photo of your storefront (If you sell in a physical location)
• A screenshot of your store or listings (If you sell online)
• Stock inventory (If you sell goods)

Once you've completed all setup steps, we'll review your account and get back to you. This typically takes around 48 hours.
