Triggers you can set up with the Nomod integration

A trigger is a specific event in your Nomod account that automatically sends information to Zapier. When a trigger fires, it allows you to launch workflows without manual input.

Payments & Links

  • In-Person Paid: Triggers when there is a successful In-Person payment. This trigger allows you to automate actions in other apps, like logging the sale in a spreadsheet, sending yourself a notification, or updating your accounting tool.

  • Link Paid: Triggers when a Link receives a successful payment. You can pair this with Nomod actions (like deleting the Link) or use Zapier to notify your team, record the payment, or update your accounts.

  • New Link: Triggers when a new payment Link is created. You can use this to keep track of new Links across your apps, such as updating a database, sending notifications, or running follow-ups in your preferred tools.

Invoices

  • Invoice Paid: Triggers when an Invoice is marked as paid. You can combine this with Nomod actions (like finding an Invoice) or use Zapier to update spreadsheets, send confirmations internally, or sync with your accounting apps.

  • New Invoice: Triggers when a new Invoice is created. You can automate approval workflows, notify team members, or add the Invoice to your CRM systems.

  • Invoice Overdue: Triggers when an Invoice passes its due date without payment. Use this to automatically send reminders from other apps, update tracking sheets, or escalate overdue payments to the team member who issued the Invoice.

Customers

  • New Customer: Triggers when a new customer is added to your account. You can use it to instantly sync new customers into your CRM, send welcome messages through other apps, or update customer lists.

Payouts

  • Successful Payout: Triggers when a payout is successfully sent to your bank. You can use this to automate reporting, record transactions in your accounting software, or send internal notifications.

Disputes

  • New Dispute: Triggers when a dispute is filed against one of your payments. This trigger can help you notify your team or log dispute details in your preferred tracking tools.

  • Dispute Won: Triggers when a dispute is resolved in your favor. You can automate record updates or trigger financial reconciliations.

  • Dispute Lost: Triggers when a dispute is resolved in favor of the customer. Use this to update your records or notify your team through the apps you already use.

  • Charge Refund: Triggers when a refund is issued for a payment. You can use it to automatically log your refunds or sync them with your accounting and reporting tools.

Team

  • Team Member Joins: Triggers when someone accepts an invitation and joins your team. You can use it to update your internal team records.

Referral Program

  • New Referral: Triggers when a referral completes signup. You can automate messages or emails to your new referral and even track rewards.

  • Referral Paid: Triggers when a referral’s reward is paid out. You can automatically notify your team or update your reports on incentives in a sheet.
